象山自然步道為南港山系步道系統中規劃設置最完整的一條步道。　通往象山步道的兩側盡是各種植物，如：姑婆芋、青剛櫟…等。蕨類在象山處處可見，其中金狗毛蕨族群龐大，數量居臺北市之冠。過象山崗石壁後，來到著名的六巨岩，老萊峽(六巨石)是象山中著名的賞景地點，站在象山頂上，不僅信義商圈一覽無遺101金融大樓、世貿中心、華納威秀、新光三越等醒目建築歷歷可數，台北盆地風光也盡收眼底。
